Objectives of the Project	Establishing a cooperation network with 12 universities from Serbia and Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia. Organizing Joint Rectors’ Conferences with participants from all countries of the region in Timisoara 2000 (Romania), Plovdiv 2001 (Bulgaria), Sopron 2003 (Hungary) and Cluj-Napoca (Romania). Mobility programs for university staff (scientists and administrators). Initiating and enhancing cooperation among network partners.
Description of the Project	Management and professional skills training including workshops and seminars. Organization of peer to peer contacts at German universities in Stuttgart, Giessen, Neubrandenburg and Kiel. Train-the-trainer programs. Distance learning materials. Public relations: i.e. press conferences, periodicals. Creation and publication of teaching material. Post program management training and advisory services. Support to regional universities. Institution building seminars
Outcome of the Project	Exchange programme with 36 scientists from the region. 4 Conferences of Rector's of Agricultural universities in the Region. Development of Curricula especially in Economic Disciplines Modernisation of equipment (investment 12.000€)
